It's cold outside, and the best pairing for frigid temps is melty, hot CHEESE! Join Allium Market and our new Education Coordinator, Kyra James, for an evening of alpine deliciousness. You've surely either had, or at least heard of fondue. Now we'll expand into the exciting world of Raclette! Together we will learn about all different styles of Alpine Cheeses, how they are made, why they are special, and the best ways to enjoy them.
Come hungry! We'll be chowing down on 3 different preparations of a HUGE selection of Swiss, German, and French cheeses, along with some of our favorite wines and beers, carefully selected for perfect pairings. (Courtesy of our friends at Wine Press Brookline.)
This will be an evening of serious feasting, and moderate levels of hedonism. A vast array of our offerings will be provided in the spread, so please let us know if you are vegetarian. (The cheeses used will all be raw milk and feature animal rennet.)
