For those looking for an elevated night out this spring, Post 1917 Lexington is hosting a Five-Course Clase Azul Tequila Pairing Dinner on Wednesday, April 1st at 6:00 PM.
The dinner will feature a curated, multi-course menu paired with premium Clase Azul tequila expressions, offering a more refined take on tequila through a culinary lens. The five-course menu includes:
- PASSED | Sea Bass Ceviche Citrus emulsion, cucumber, red onion, mint, cilantro oil
- FIRST | Guajillo & Espresso Crusted Tuna Chopped greens, avocado, grilled corn, pickled shallots, apple, cotija, orange vinaigrette, blue corn tostada
