This Christmas Eve, we're getting in the spirit of the season by sharing one of our favorite Italian traditions: the Feast of the Seven Fishes.


Inspired by the holiday custom in Southern Italy, where the feast is known simply as The Vigil (La Vigilia), our rendition of this time-honored feast will include a five-course menu showcasing the finest treasures from the sea:


STARTERS
Zuppa di Baccala
&
Wood-Grilled Squid & Octopus - pancetta calabrese, cannellini beans, grilled ciabatta


MAINS
Linguini - shrimp, anchovy, lemon burro fuso, capers, parsley
&
Salmon - grilled salmon, lobster, watercress, herb risotto


DESSERT
Warm Panettone - peppermint gelato, sauce zabaglione
