Fish and seafood can be affordable and easy to prepare. In this online class, we’ll explore simple and inexpensive ways to incorporate fish and seafood into your everyday delicious meal plans. We’ll talk about buying fresh fish and seafood. We’ll make Italian mussels served over pasta, pan-fried lemon caper tilapia, green salad with salmon, and fish cakes with herb mayo. Come hungry!
