Eastern Edge — an 11,000-square-foot culinary hub is now open with eats from:

- Perillas Korean Kitchen — Korean-inspired bowls & dishes
- Viet Citron — Vietnamese street-food classics
- Everybody Gotta Eat — comfort food concept
- Lone Star Taco Bar — Tex-Mex tacos and small plates (shown on the page image)
- Eastern Edge house bar — Craft cocktails, wine, beer
Developed by Gather Group, the space is designed for community, creativity, and accessibility, offering seating for 275 and flexible areas for activations, gatherings, and private events. The design blends contemporary finishes with warm, organic elements and preserved industrial details from the building’s historic past.
Eastern Edge will also house two expansive bars pouring craft cocktails, rotating regional beers, world-class wines, and a range of non-alcoholic options — plus a Venetian-inspired café that transforms from a daytime espresso and pastry spot into a lively bàcaro-style hangout each evening.
