Join sugar and chocolate artist Linda Khachadurian, who will guide you as you make an edible sculpture with sugar (isomalt). The workshop will also touch briefly on the science of sugar and how the molecular properties of isomalt make it a more ideal medium than cane sugar with which to craft artwork.
