Chronic Pain + Endometriosis Affinity Yoga is a communal breathwork experience rooted in rest, reclamation, and release. This gathering is an invitation to exhale and to return to your body as a sanctuary.

Guided through grounding pranayama, somatic awareness, and vocal liberation, participants are supported in releasing tension, recalibrating the nervous system, and connecting through community based care. This is a space of remembrance, where the breath becomes both medicine and movement.

This practice will offer space for communal pranayama (breathwork) and space for story telling through talking prompts, poetry or short essays. Come to hold space by listening or take space by sharing.
