This interactive chocolate tasting class is being held at Spindler Confections in Cambridge, which features a dazzling array of homemade chocolates, candies, caramels, and confections, as well as a unique Boston Candy Museum display. Put together in partnership with Cocoa Beantown tours and events (http://www.cocoabeantown.com), the class is instructed by experienced chocolate educator and professional chocoholic, Victoria Kichuk.
