Huddle around a cozy fire under December’s cold moon. Ranger Bob has a wealth of campfire cooking methods to share. Have a warm treat near a crackling fire and go home with that wonderful woodsmoke scent in your hair.
This special Chestnut Hill by Moonlight event invites you to experience a magical full moon evening on the farm by campfire. Marvel as the sky swirls with color while day turns into night, as the sun sets and the moon rises. Make wishes as stars pop out one by one, and look for familiar constellations. Your guide will be ranger Bob, a local scoutmaster and devoted member of the Trustees community.
This family-friendly event welcomes adults and children.
Space is limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
Please note, while we love dogs, they are not permitted at Chestnut Hill Farm.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Chestnut Hill Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
