Join us for this installment of our popular Chat & Chowder series, featuring Dr. Hassan Abbas, Distinguished Professor of International Relations at the Near East South Asia Strategic Studies Centre (NESA), National Defense University, to discuss the resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan.
