To help couples reignite the spark that originally brought them together, Executive Chef Farouk Bazoune of Strega Prime in Woburn, Massachusetts will serve-up a seductively delicious four-course Valentine’s Day menu “for two” from Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15. Designed with romance in mind, Chef Bazoune’s special sharing menu includes four decadent courses that are guaranteed to satisfy the gastronomic cravings of young couples and longtime lovebirds, alike, and includes sizeable plates boasting elements such as freshly shucked oysters topped with a house-made strawberry-Prosecco granita and succulent Tuna Crudo supported by citrus aioli, tzatziki, quail egg, caviar, and spicy crisps.


Featuring the perfect blend of fresh ingredients sourced from land and sea, Strega Prime’s Valentine’s Day menu for two will be served as follows:
