The Dance Party is a free event that is open to the public. TICKETS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
Thousands of Cambridge residents and visitors will gather in front of Cambridge City Hall for this annual, dance event with DJ music. Mass Ave, between Bigelow and Inman Streets, will be closed to traffic but open for dancing!! Cambridge City Hall is located at 795 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA.
Join us as we celebrate our community and the beginning of summer. After dark, colorful lights will be launched, adding to the magic of the evening.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to take public transportation.
MBTA: Red Line to Central Square.
PLEASE NOTE: MBTA #1 Bus Line will terminate in Central Square at 6 p.m. and resume full service by Midnight. (Take Red Line subway to travel between Central & Harvard Squares). Closest subway stop to the Dance Party is Central Square, then two blocks to City Hall.
