Bukowski Tavern in Cambridge and Chef Brian Poe are pleased to announce a partnership with Harpoon Brewery to create ‘Poe’s Pub Ale’, a one-of-a-kind English Pale Ale, available exclusively at Bukowski Tavern starting April 11 until the 35 kegs run out.
Poe’s Pub Ale is a Nitrogenated British Pub Ale, brewed using the finest British malt, hops, and London ale yeast. With an ABV of 4.91%, this ale is slightly sweet with a robust maltiness, along with a slight hop spice, and has a golden orange hue. The aroma is of classic British hops that lend a subtle earthiness and slight fruitiness to the ale.
Poe’s Pub Ale will be available at all of Brian Poe’s restaurants under the Wilcox Hospitality Group – The Tip Tap Room, The Lower Depths, and Parish Café – after it’s April 11th release at Bukowski Tavern.
