In this 60-minute class you will be introduced to the self-defense/fighting system of Krav Maga. In the class you will learn some of the underlying concepts and principles of the system. Using instinctive and natural movements you will learn how to block, punch and strike with power, deal with knife threats and attacks, along with practicing defending yourself against multiple assailants etc. The class is taught by 5th Degree Black Belt, Gershon Ben Keren, the author of three best-selling books on Krav Maga, and a 2010 inductee into the Museum of Israeli Martial Arts in Herzliya, Israel.
