What to bring: Yoga Mat (We do not currently have mats to offer), anything that will help you and your baby feel comfortable.

Baby & Me Postpartum Yoga is a gentle, collaborative class designed for parents and caregivers with babies approximately 2 months to pre-crawling age.

This class focuses on restoring energy in the postpartum body, rebuilding gentle strength, and reconnecting to breath and body awareness. Poses and movements are offered to support recovery through mobility, stability, and mindful engagement with your evolving body.

Throughout class, time and space are woven in for holding, feeding, and interacting with your baby, so caregivers can move fluidly between practice and bonding moments.

You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — whether your baby naps beside you, joins in the movement, or simply observes. Feel free to hang back to shop at the Farmer’s Market to grab some yummies on the way out!
