Overwhelmed with the abundance of autumn squash? This hands-on class is for you. We’ll explore different squash types with Chef Thi and create delicious dishes to welcome the fall season. On the menu is a roasted Delicata squash salad with warm bacon dressing, Butternut squash lasagna with pesto and Acorn squash stuffed with sausage and apple. It’s a whole new fantastic world of squash out there!
