Nutty, fresh, crunchy, and bright are the flavors and textures that define Vietnamese cuisine. Chef Thi will show you hands-on how to make authentic Vietnamese favorites featuring a traditional Chicken Bahn Mi, Gỏi cuốn (Fresh Rolls) with Peanut Sauce, and a Bun Salad full of Noodles, fresh farm Greens, Crunchy Vegetables, Toasted Peanuts, and a Nước Chấm Vinaigrette.

• Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
• Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor
• Recipes and creative packing ideas to take home.
• Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.
