Join Britney for an all levels Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike. Britney's classes focus on celebrating what your body is capable of doing through mindful and intentional movement.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
About The Instructor:
⭐️ Britney is a seasoned instructor, dedicated to creating classes that nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She developed her deep knowledge and passion for Pilates through years of study and practice. In addition to Pilates, Britney holds certifications in Yoga and Barre and has a background in dance. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many spaces throughout New England, including Equinox, Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, Soma Yoga & Boston's largest outdoor fitness series, Seaport Sweat.
⭐️ Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
