You'll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness through gentle, guided movements. Britney’s supportive teaching style focuses on what your body can do, helping you move with confidence and ease—no experience needed.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.
Please note, this class is a slow and controlled practice that heavily focuses on the breath and mind-body connection. Class is typically done without equipment.
