New to Pilates? Join Britney for a welcoming, all-levels small group mat class designed with beginners in mind. You'll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness through gentle, guided movements. Britney’s supportive teaching style focuses on what your body can do, helping you move with confidence and ease—no experience needed.


What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.


Please note, this class is a slow and controlled practice that heavily focuses on the breath and mind-body connection. Class is typically done without equipment.

All participants are required to create a Mindbody account with The Dance Complex in order to use the facility. It is highly recommended arriving ~5min prior to the start of class if this is your first time coming to The Dance Complex.
