Black.Brown.Boston is proud to present: A LETTER TO MYSELF.
A LETTER TO MYSELF is an intimate event (only 20 seats available), and safe space for women to come together to discuss the things that are on our hearts and minds with licensed professionals. This will be a brunch-style discussion where we could be as open, honest, and raw as we want to be! After the fireside chat, we will transition to the letter writing portion of the event. We will be writing oursleves a love letter, and getting a little crafty in the process by making our letters look antique. At the end of the event, attendees will go home with a swag bag with goodies sponsored by She Matters, Movita Organics, and Shay Butter Organics.

TiElla Grimes, Founder of InnHer Uplift Consulting, is a Spiritual Transformational Coach,Speaker and Facilitator. She provides tailored-made private and group coaching, courses,retreats and events for intergenerational BIWOC communities who are navigating the hand-me-downs of their reality. She creates spaces that fosters healing, uplifts humanity and cultivates inner harmony. She innpowers her clients to transform their perception of self by designing the blueprint for the womxn they want to be.
ABOUT VANESSA LEVEILLE, LICSW
Vanessa Leveille is an Afro-Cabo Verdean wellness enthusiast from Dorchester who is a Holistic Psychotherapist & Wellness Coach for Mompreneurs. She’s been in the wellness and mental health industry for over a decade and brings to it her lived experience, personal interests, and professional training. Vanessa likes to take a no-fluff, real af approach to self-care that requires you to go deeper than your regular mani, and she can’t wait to share all her gems with you.
