Ecstatic Dance: Metamorphosis

Info: Welcome 2023 with the most fun workout you can imagine: ecstatically dancing the morning away. Enjoy an opening circle, guided warm up, free dance time to beats by a live DJ, and then a closing circle and community connections. 

Dear Diet Industry, You Exhaust Me!

Info: This online workshop delves into why so many women are feeling exhausted, overworked, and generally down and provides strategies to better nourish your body and your spirit.  

Adult Dodgeball

Winter Fitness Series by The City of Boston

Info: Whether you’re looking for some serious cardio or a session of relaxing yoga, The City of Boston’s Winter Fitness Series has you covered. They offer free classes like yoga, zumba, line dancing, HIIT, and many others online and in venues around the city.

Outdoor Ice Skating around Boston

Info: What better way could there be to get a workout in than by gliding across the ice in one of Boston’s beautiful neighborhoods? Rent a pair of skates and try your hand at the sport in the Boston Common, Fenway, Kendall Square, and other spots. 

November Project: Stair Workout at Harvard Stadium

When: Wednesdays at 5:55 a.m.

Where: Allston

Info: Get your heart rate up and your day off to a good start with this stair workout at Harvard Stadium. The November Project is an organization devoted to free fitness in Boston year round. They run three classes a week across the city.

Jamaica Pond Park Run 

When: Saturdays at 9 a.m. 

Where: Jamaica Plain

Info: Walk, jog, or run around Jamaica Pond in this community building wellness event held every Saturday. Open to all ages the run is meant to feed both your body and spirit. Community members gather at a local coffee shop afterwards for conversation. 

Dragon Boat Workout Series

When: Saturdays at 9 a.m. 

Where: Kendall Square

Info: Get moving with the pros at this two hour strength and conditioning workout session led by the trainers of Boston’s international level Dragon Boat team. If you’re new to exercise the team will provide motivation, feedback, and technique tips. 

Yoga in the Taproom

Virtual Sister Circle: a gathering of Black Queens supporting each other

Learn To Curl @ SNOWPORT
