The Emerging Leaders Board (ELB) is Italian Home for Children’s network of compassionate and socially conscious young professionals, where you can grow as a leader, expand your network, and make a meaningful impact. As ambassadors of the organization, members help expand awareness, strengthen engagement, and support fundraising efforts that ensure children facing emotional, behavioral, and educational challenges receive the life-changing programs and services they deserve. For more than 106 years, Italian Home has supported the region’s most vulnerable—from those orphaned by the 1918 flu pandemic to youth from all backgrounds today.
