The Substation is a dynamic and warm multipurpose community space that uniquely combines coworking, innovative activations, and a collaborative approach to programming. The Substation lies in the heart of Roslindale, MA. Its architecture is iconic and bold. Likewise, we aim to make the most out of the 7100 square feet.

Private Events: The Substation is the perfect venue for weddings, birthday parties, performances, fundraising events, galas, corporate retreats, trainings and strategy sessions.

The Substation Bar: The bar offers 12 draft lines of local, craft beer, signature cocktails, unique wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. We strive to work with local and underrepresented producers as much as possible, extending our spirit of community and collaboration.

The Substation WorkHub: Located in one of Roslindale’s most iconic buildings, we offer two beautiful levels of co-working space to be your most productive: an inspiring main floor and a unique, thoughtfully designed lower level.
