¿How Lovely Are We? has a mission to allow individuals to experience, express, explore and expand ourselves through collective engagement in public spaces so that we can realize ourselves more fully by moving our awareness from our head to our heart. 

In a world filled with power structures that aim to divide and conquer through conflict, ¿How Lovely Are We? allows participants to come together by transcending superficial differences to celebrate our own and each other's unique perspectives and commonalities. EXPRESSING one’s truth allows us to contribute to the eclectic tapestry of community by sharing our one of a kind perspective. Listening to another’s viewpoint during the open mic and teach-in EXPANDS One’s worldview by EXPLORING life through different lenses. Dancing, yoga and participating in authentic relating exercises allow us to EXPERIENCE the Truth of Oneself, appreciate our shared humanity, release stored trauma, and align the body, mind and spirit.
