Guitar Museum of New England is a planned non-profit museum, dedicated to sharing the story of the guitar builders (luthiers), musicians, and artists who celebrate America’s most iconic instrument through education and engagement. Its mission is to inspire curiosity and foster a deeper appreciation for the guitar as an instrument and as an inspiration for music around the world. The museum will be located at 74 Commonwealth Avenue in the West Concord Cultural District and will feature exhibitions, concerts, educational programs, and opportunities to explore the craftsmanship and cultural history of one of the world’s most iconic musical instruments.
