The Marblehead Arts Association (MAA) has operated as an integral part of the vibrant arts community in Marblehead MA since 1922. Located in the historic Hooper Mansion on the National Register of Historic Places, the MAA continues to grow, attracting visitors locally, regionally and internationally. Consisting of seven galleries, the MAA opens new exhibits by artistically diverse Association members and guest artists every six weeks and displays over 1,200 original works of art annually. In addition to art exhibitions, the MAA hosts an inviting selection of community events, including jazz concerts, art classes, talks and lectures, as well as private events.
