Currently, I'm part of GTM Strategy team at Kaltura, a video experience cloud that drives virtual events, communication, learning & TV experiences for millions of users daily. Previously, I've held operating roles at high growth software companies along with positions in Private Equity and Venture Capital. Prior to Kaltura I completed my MBA at Babson College where I focused my studies in Finance and Entrepreneurship. I come from 14+ years of experience and am passionate about leading teams, contributing to building innovative products, generative AI, and software that improves processes, enabling people, the workplace and society to function more efficiently. When not working you can find me giving back through work in the NGO space, mentoring, traveling or mastering a new recipe.


In my current role:


Driving scalable growth at by aligning GTM teams through structured operating cadences, data-driven insights, and high-impact strategic projects. In my new role, my focus is leading an RFP optimization initiative aimed at strengthening Kaltura’s positioning in large, competitive deals. This offers a unique lens into the product and sales ecosystem and supports broader efforts to amplify the RFP function as a strategic lever for growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership to improve GTM execution, surface hidden opportunities, and expand Kaltura's competitive footprint. Previously, I worked on the New Product Initiatives and Partnerships team optimizing Kaltura's AI-driven educational tools, focusing on the deployment of Class & Work Genie - a powerful AI assistant product that generates hyper personalized learning experiences based on user preferences and the collegiate knowledge base. I spent a lot of my time understanding the competitive landscape to then inform product development for strategic positioning.

Fitness & Non-profit Work:


November 2024, I completed my third 26.2, the NYC Marathon. I raised $3k+ for Read Ahead NYC, a non-profit that provides reading-based mentorship, equipping students with the social-emotional skills essential for academic and life-long success. Additionally, I'm on the board of Boston Scores where I support the partnership with Boston Public Schools providing urban youth with after-school soccer & enrichment programs. At Boston scores I'm involved in strategic projects across partnerships, program management, fundraising and development.
