Join Chef Diane in this interactive online class live from her Italian kitchen. We will learn to make the traditional soups of the Italian households including Tuscan Ribollita soup, escarole and white bean soup, classic minestrone, and Italian wedding soup. Nothing is better than warm Italian soups and stews this fall. You are welcome to pick one or two soups to make along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link.
