The Eddy and ReelHouse, the latest venture from the Navy Yard Hospitality Group, are proud to announce a ZUMIX summer music series. The luxury residential building and the highly-anticipated restaurant located on East Boston's waterfront, are partnering with ZUMIX, the East Boston based nonprofit organization dedicated to building its community though music and the arts, to showcase local talent. The performance schedule will feature: DiverCity Band, Wild Painting and Zumix Latin Ensemble. Guests can take in Boston's skyline views from The Eddy lawn while enjoying the specialty cocktail "Ashore Thing" crafted by the ReelHouse with a portion of proceeds benefiting ZUMIX and their mission to build community though music and the arts.
This series is free to the public.
Wild Painting: comprised of four ZUMIX participants who, after years
of taking programs together, decided to start their own band. Inspired by
the stylings of Little Dragon and The 1975, their music is a unique mix
of indie rock and electropop. Their passion for music shines through their
energetic, idiosyncratic style. They have opened for local favorite, PILE,
and made their debut at the Sinclair Cambridge.
