Senora Meaghan is back teaching a 5 week special session of Zumba for SU in Newton at a new time!
This 60 minute class is great for all levels! Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a seriously fun time, every time!
