ZINC Apartments, a new luxury living space in Cambridge, invites area cooking enthusiasts and aspiring at home chefs to join an intimate and fun cooking demo with Boston’s own chef Renee Scharoff of Blonde on the Run on Wednesday, November 2nd from 6:30 – 8:30pm.


Blonde on the Run offers catering services for fabulous parties large and small, home chef services for private clients, and even clever a la carte gifts for foodie friends. She’ll bring her innovative cooking skills to ZINC’s Club Room and demonstrate to attendees how to wow their party guests by creating the following easy, beautiful tapas-style appetizers step by step: marinated fried artichoke with garlicky mayo, goat cheese truffle with sun dried tomato and caper topping and Antipasto fork. The interactive event will showcase how these dishes can be made in multiple ways and how hosts can do a lot of the work ahead of time for a stress-free party.


Tickets are $25 and are available for purchase through Eventbrite. Wine will be served along with a sampling of the dishes that will be prepared.
