In this hands-on non-alcoholic wine and beer crash course we will learn how to taste and evaluate alcohol-free wines and beers using straightforward techniques. We'll be sampling a variety of non-alcoholic wines, beers, and specialty brews that you can tailor to suit your preferred palate. You'll come away from the class confident in selecting quality alcohol-free beverages for any occasion and how to appropriately stock your bar with the best non-alcoholic wine and beer options.
