In this hands-on non-alcoholic cocktails class we will learn about crafting mocktails from the ever growing range of non alcoholic spirits available to us. We will be making mocktails with a variety of N/A spirits, syrups, juices, and botanical ingredients that you can tailor to suit your preferred palate. You'll come away from the class confident in mixing up some sophisticated alcohol-free cocktails at home and how to appropriately stock your bar with non-alcoholic essentials.
