Saturday morning practice is held in person at our Cambridge zendo, with remote practitioners also participating via zoom, from 9:00am-10:40am. See this Instructions Document for details and zoom link.


Saturday events currently include Zen liturgy, a 25-minute period of silent sitting (zazen), brief periods of walking meditation (kinhin), and either a second 25-minute sit or a discussion led by a volunteer.  


You are invited to attend all or any portion of the activities–whatever works for your schedule and inclination. You are free to leave at any time, though leaving during kinhin periods is least disruptive.
