We invite you to join Morning Star Zen Sangha, a Boundless Way Zen practice group, for an introduction to meditation. Zen teacher Mike Fieleke, Sensei will discuss how to achieve a comfortable, stable posture, how to begin practicing meditation, and how to follow the forms of Zen. Following the orientation, there will be an evening practice.


Morning Star Zen Sangha is an inclusive group, and we welcome everyone. We are dedicated to helping one another wake up, practice mindfulness, alleviate suffering, and appreciate life.
