If you are interested in learning how to meditate, we invite you to join Morning Star Zen Sangha for an introduction to Zen meditation. We will discuss how to achieve a comfortable, stable posture, how to begin practicing meditation, and how to follow the forms of Zen. Following the orientation, there will be a sitting period, then a talk and group conversation.
