Six award-winning American playwrights are bringing new life to one of our country's most celebrated writers with Desire, an "edgy and out-there and satisfying" (New York Daily News) night of theater at the Boston Center for the Arts. Adapted from some of Tennessee Williams' most beloved short stories, the unforgettable tales of Desire -- depicting love and innocence, isolation and loss -- serve as a reminder that great stories truly have the power to change our lives. A treat for theater and literature buffs alike (and really anyone who loves a great story), Desire features short works by noted playwrights Elizabeth Egloff, Marcus Gardley, Rebecca Gilman, David Grimm, John Guare and Beth Henley.
