Kiah Dremel is a Boston-based yoga teacher, mother to an amazing 4 year old, and plant based food whisperer. Yoga has been a major part of Kiah's life for the past five years, and it is a love that gets deeper by the day. Kiah believes that when you find the movement your body is made for (for her yoga, barre, and Pilates!) physical activity becomes a gift, something you get to do because you truly want to. Her yoga practice has allowed her to focus on her body's unique needs, and has created space for her to tune in to her inner workings and outer mechanics both on and off the mat. She encourages her students to do the same, to really listen to their own bodies, and to use their practice as a way to build trust in themselves. A consistent practice has made such an impact in Kiah's life and she is beyond honored to facilitate the space to grow from within with the Lululemon Community.
