About Yoga Under the Elm
Join us in the gardens at Stevens-Coolidge for our summer Saturday yoga series!
Back by popular demand, begin your day in mindfulness amongst the gardens. This year, join six experienced teachers as they rotate through the season to offer unique perspectives on the teachings of yogas. Each week, they will guide you through a grounding, all levels class rooted in the eight limbs of yoga. Join for several, or drop in to one, to gain a deeper relationship with the full practice of yoga – under the beautiful elm at Stevens Coolidge! Invite yogic philosophy, movement, and meditation into your weekend and enjoy what the earth has to offer.
Space is limited; Pre-Registration is Required. Face masks required until stationary on mat.
