Get ready to glow with the flow at Life Time Athletic Chestnut Hill’s newest yoga with-a-twist experience, Yoga Rave, taking place on Friday, August 25th. Join this celebration of high energy and yoga moves, taught by leading yogi, Paula Harvey, with mix master, DJ Mantra. Yoga Rave releases tension by combining remix mantras and electronic music that generates positive energy that stays with you long after the event – a perfect way to begin your weekend!


Life Time Athletic Chestnut Hill welcomes both members and non-members of all yoga levels to join in on the fun which starts at 7:00 p.m. The class is 75 minutes and attendees are encouraged to wear white and neon to complete the rave atmosphere.
