Who:
Meet Erin Madore, one of the co-owners of Connected Through Strength a welcoming and mindful fitness studio located in Dorchester, MA! Erin has been a Yoga Teacher and Fitness Professional for over 11 years and her passion and enthusiasm is evident in every event that she hosts!
Kitty Amann is a Providence based Yoga Teacher and her smile lights up an entire room, and her yoga classes are extra juicy and wonderful with her playful and compassionate spirit! She taught for South Boston Yoga for many years, was a Personal Trainer in the South End at Saldare, and now loves working for Uncle Nearest, a whiskey company that is taking the industry by storm! Erin and Kitty recently led an incredible international Yoga Retreat on the coast of Italy and can't wait to team up again for the Yoga Party of the Year!
Whitney Miller is a Vinyasa flow and Power Yoga Teacher with over 13 years of experience. To her, yoga is a valuable tool in learning to listen to the voice inside that guides us to the next right thing. Whitney’s yoga classes are upbeat and playful, yet always focused on shifting your energy so that you can break free from life’s stressors. She has led her own teacher training, is the director of two studios, and is an international retreat leader. Her ultimate goal is to help you get to know yourself better in body, mind, and spirit.
Gasoline Monk, aka Brandon, is a producer/DJ from Boston. He is the founder of Monk's Temple Records, a psychedelic hip hop and r&b label dedicated to offering sound temples as a refuge from ordinary life. He currently resides in Framingham with his two kids and a cat named Moo. If you ask him right now the prettiest thing he can imagine is if you cracked open a chestnut, egg, or a lemon and a bluebird flew out.
