Looking to get back into group fitness classes, but prefer to do so in the open air? On Saturday, June 12th and Saturday June 19th, Wildlife Hospitality, owners of the popular Cósmica and The Beehive eateries, is teaming up with local yoga instructor, Sarah White, to transform outdoor dining spaces into energetic fitness studios in Boston’s South End.
On June 12th, 2021 from 9:30AM – 10:20AM, The Coastal Yogi will bring downward dog and tree poses to the Cósmica courtyard. And again on June 19th, 2021 from 9:30 – 10:20AM guests will flow through vinyasa yoga movements on The Beehive’s expansive outdoor patio. Both all-levels yoga classes will be 50-minutes long. The outdoor vinyasa-style classes will blend mindfulness with movement and music. Guests will need to bring their own yoga mat, towel, & water.
Bringing her years of yoga sculpt and group fitness experience to the stage, Sarah White, branded as ‘The Coastal Yogi,’ is a Boston based yoga & fitness instructor who teaches at B/SPOKE Studios. She is the founder of the Coastal Method, a hub for virtual fitness offerings, & she is an E-RYT 200 with additional certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, & Group Fitness.
