Enjoy the serenity of Chestnut Hill Farm and take a moment for yourself. Join Ruth for a 60 minute Slow Flow Yoga practice where guests will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next, ending with restorative poses. Classes will be held outside, Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm, please bring your own mat.


Be sure to come early and visit Chestnut Hill Farm’s Farm Store to pick up fresh produce and local products.


Yoga on the Farm offers one ticket price for this special program, as proceeds go to providing yoga to underserved populations in the greater Worcester area.
