Yoga on the Farm

Take an hour out of your summer schedule to quiet your mind and strengthen your body with the backdrop of sunsets at the farm. Breathe in the fresh air and take note of your beautiful surroundings as the instructor leads a vinyasa flow class balanced in strength and flexibility whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi. Ages 13-99 welcome. Bring a mat, blanket or towel, and a water bottle.

Important Information & Covid-19 Guidelines:

Bring your own mat, blanket or towel, and a water bottle.
Pre-registration is required. Registration will close 24 hours before the class date.
Classes will be canceled if it rains.
No cash or drop-ins are allowed.
No public bathrooms and personal trash must be removed by participants.

About the Instructor, Kelly Armitage

I took my first yoga class in 2005, but it wasn’t until I became a mother that it turned into an important part of my life. I didn’t know exactly what it was that drew me to the practice, but I craved it and somehow I always felt more like myself when I was on my mat. Yoga quickly shifted from a small part of my workout routine to a daily practice I needed to stay grounded, calm, and present. I completed my 200hr Teacher Training at Medfield Yoga and I am excited to share with others what I have learned and enjoy so much. I am very focused on the physical benefits yoga provides, but it is the mindfulness, the breathing, and the quiet that bring me back to my mat every day.
