Slow down and make a pause in your life to connect with yourself and free your mind of stress. Come with an open mind and heart to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing morning! Invite your friends or come solo and meet amazing people here!
We are going to meet at Arnold Arboretum at Dana Greenhouses. We will start with an active meditation practice to connect with yourself and set an intention. Then, our incredible yoga instructor will continue with a unique class full of energy that you will love. We will close the event with another meditation practice that will set you up for the day and week!
Some friendly reminders:
-Bring your own mat and water
-Wear comfortable clothes
-Come with an open heart and enjoy the beautiful morning
Limited Spots! Young adults and adults are welcome! No experienced is required!
If it rains, we will do the session in the same area with the roof next to the field. Please bring a sweatshirt as it can get windy!
