The winter season is here! Classes have transitioned from the private outdoor Beer Garden to inside the aromatic Tap Room of Remnant. Join Andrea for a yoga flow guaranteed to build both your strength and your thirst! Class is thoughtfully designed for all experience levels and offers many modifications for beginners.
***Kindly note that I will be away on a Yoga Internship in Columbia from February 23rd through early April. Classes will resume on April 8th. Stay tuned on Instagram for virtual options while I am away!

- Please let me know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/ video
- If we happen to have a warm morning on the horizon, class will take place outside in the Beer Garden
