Join Laura Loewy & Vinitas Wineworks October 22nd for a Sunday Funday to celebrate the foliage and changing of seasons!
The first portion of our time will be spent enjoying a hike through the extensive trail system of the Middlesex Fells Reservation. Our hike will lead us to a water front space where we'll practice yoga under the open sky! Afterwards join us for a backyard wine tasting featuring local Massachusetts wineries!
We will offer cheese & cracker pairings but also feel free to bring your own snacks and lunch!

Time Commitment:
3-3.5 Hours
What to Expect:
One hour guided nature walk/ mild hike
One hour yoga flow
One hour wine tasting
What to bring:
Sturdy sneakers/hiking boots
Mat/towel you can hike with
1-2 liters of water
Small backpack to carry your belongings
Weather appropraite layers ( Thinks about savasana)
