This summer, bliss out after work with this faster-paced vinyasa class set to an uplifting beat. This class is designed to challenge all levels of yogis and to cultivate a connection between breath and movement on the mat. The Breathing Room studio is located in Central Square, right above Life Alive!

August -- Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5:45pm


$25 for unlimited week pass for new students
$15 drop in
or 5 classes for $50 ($10/class)
