Join Paulina and Jill to learn specific yoga postures to stretch and provide relief through the entire lower body: hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, and feet. Balance your work in the lower body with strength building through the shoulders and chest. Spend some time exploring mindful breath techniques to assist in pacing and aid with focus and relaxation. You know rest and recovery time is essential to your training, so treat yourself to two hours of customized care. No previous yoga experience necessary; please bring a mat, water bottle, and small towel.
