In this 6 session workshop, students will be introduced to Dr. Fishman’s Yoga for Osteoporosis method, to establish/reaffirm their own home practice. Specific attention will be given to the spine and hips, as these are fracture risk areas. Students will work on gaining strength, flexibility, and balance, to improve overall range of motion.
